Hey everyone! We are unionizing! We deserve a voice in our workplace! We want higher wages, safety concerns to be addressed, better benefits and a set schedule that is fair for everyone. We are gathering information and seeing if this is what majority would like. UFCW local 7 is the largest union in Colorado, and they are ready to represent us.
This is our federal right and there are laws that protect us. Any form of intimidation from the company is illegal and UFCW has lawyers that will represent us for free if anything happens!
